Foundation
Foundation system to be determined at time of site visit. Generally concrete pier pads are used and a framed floor system is placed on the pads.
Wall
Wall system starting internally is 12.5mm foil backed plasterboard with full plaster finish fixed to100 x 50 frames with 12.5mm structural plywood externally and 100mm earthwool insulation fitted into frame. Vapour barrier fitted on to plywood with 50 x 25 battens and cladded externally with a choice of boards (typically, shiplap, barrel board, logboard)
Roof
Pitched roofs are traditionally cut type with slat, tile or shingle finish. 125mm PVC gutters and downpipes are used. Internally the ceiling can be fully plastered foilbackslab or 90 x 12 tg and vpine sheeting. Roof windows can be added for extra light. We also offer a full range of flat and monopitch roofs.
Windows and doors
All external windows and doors are double glazed, argon gas filled, with all doors having a five point high security locking system while all window opening units are key locked. Available in a choice of colours in uPvc, Nordic pine and iroko teak.
Standard connections
Standard connections included in our price are the electric hook up to an existing supply and providing an Ethernet cable wired into the cabin.
Optional connections available are sewerage and water.
Finish
We provide a turnkey solution with all internal and external finishes completed, so no need for you to lease any other trade to complete the project, hassle free solution completed in a short time frame ( typically 2 week construction time)
